SIMPLE AND EASY REGISTRATION
We have a compliance procedure that we need to complete before you can begin working for us. It is incredibly straight forward, we do all the hard work! If you fill out the contact details below and attach an up to date CV we will get in touch with you to begin the compliance procedure. We will hand hold you through the process of obtaining references and collecting the necessary documents. Once this is complete, we will then arrange a face-to-face or virtual meeting to discuss your work experiences and how best we can match our schools to you.
We believe the personal way we work is what helps this agency to thrive. At Guardian Education we pride ourselves on knowing all of our teachers, teaching assistants and support staff by name.
During our registration process we take time to learn about your strengths, character, experience and goals. Once on our books we continue to work with you to identify the posts that suit your attributes best.
As one of our teachers, teaching assistants and support staff you will be part of a smaller, more select pool of resources, receiving regular work in nearby primary schools that come to know you well, value your support and welcome you back.
CPD AND COMPETITIONS
Guardian Education works in partnership with The People Group (our longstanding payroll company) which through Flick offer over 80 courses, all of which are accredited by the CPD Accreditation Service, with the health and safety courses also being accredited by RoSP. All our candidate can easily access these worthwhile courses 24/7 online, although not compulsory, we would strongly advise our candidates to keep up to date with latest legislation and training.
In addition to the training offered through Flick, we also offer independent and bespoke workshops with senior leaders of Education. These courses cover a range of training modules from first aid to behaviour management. These courses are free and inclusive to our all working candidates but spaces are limited. Guardian invites candidates to take part in competitions held each term, from online entry free prize draws to social media events, Christmas and holiday giveaways and our coveted Teachers of the Year award. There is something for everyone to get involved in and be part of the team!
